Worksheets generated through the Service are licensed under an Open Educational License: teachers, homeschool educators, tutors, and parents are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print, photocopy, and distribute generated worksheets to their students for personal and classroom instruction without volume limitations. Commercial resale or redistribution of the software platform or raw source code is strictly prohibited.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use PrintCursive to generate defamatory, obscene, or unlawful text; not to violate child protection regulations; not to deploy automated crawlers to harvest vector font assets for training competitive AI models; and not to attempt unauthorized circumvention of security measures or payment gateways.
10. User Breach, Suspension & Termination Liability
If you breach any provision of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy—including unauthorized commercial redistribution, bulk automated scraping of vector font assets, fraudulent payment disputes, or circumvention of checkout gateways—PrintCursive reserves the right to immediately take the following enforcement measures without prior notice:
- Issue formal compliance warnings or cease-and-desist notices;
- Immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Service, generated content, and associated digital download links;
- Revoke any previously granted educational or commercial printing licenses associated with the violating transactions;
- Block offending IP addresses and report unlawful conduct or payment fraud to appropriate legal and payment processing authorities;
- Seek full monetary indemnification and legal recovery for any direct damages, reasonable investigation expenses, and attorney fees incurred as a result of the willful breach.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service and educational worksheets are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While our materials follow established standards (e.g., Zaner-Bloser, D'Nealian, Seyès), educators are responsible for final proofreading prior to classroom use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintCursive and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.
